CSUF School of Nursing named National Center of Excellence
California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) School of Nursing has been designated a National League for Nursing Center of Excellence. This is the highest honor in academic nursing, and CSUF is the first and only school in California to receive this distinction.
One of only 20 organizations nationwide to earn the title, the school was recognized for its sustained commitment to excellence in nursing education. The program serves over 500 undergraduates and nearly 300 students in master’s and doctoral programs, including a highly ranked nurse anesthesia graduate program. The university awards more than 250 bachelor’s degrees in nursing annually, with many graduates serving in Southern California hospitals, clinics, and schools.
