Calabria hosts cultural and educational initiatives

Various cultural and educational initiatives are underway in Calabria, Italy. The association Incontriamoci Sempre Odv has launched its new season, which includes the ‘Calabria D’autore’ series, traditional dance workshops, and a charitable bingo event scheduled for Saint Stephen's Day. The association, which operates without public funding, plans to host over ninety initiatives in 2026 and has begun its 2027 membership campaign focused on environmental care.

Separately, the ‘Vivi e scopri la Calabria’ program recently concluded, involving one hundred students from the ‘Francesco Jerace – Capoluogo Brogna’ institute in Polistena. Organized by Polaris ETS, the educational project allowed students to explore archaeological and historical sites in the province of Catanzaro, including the Scolacium Archaeological Park, the Antiquarium of Tiriolo, and the Corazzo Abbey.
