Calabria implements water reuse projects and manages service maintenance

In Calabria, efforts are underway to address water scarcity through advanced wastewater reclamation and infrastructure maintenance. This project utilizes graphene filtration technology to process wastewater, aiming to recover approximately 25,000 cubic meters of water per day for use in the tertiary sector.

In Reggio Calabria, the utility company Sorical announced scheduled maintenance on the water network in the via Cardinale Portanova area. These technical interventions, scheduled for August 21, may cause service interruptions or pressure drops for local residents and businesses until the works are completed.
