Calabria launches 3 million euro agricultural innovation fund

The Calabria region has launched the “Intervento SRG08” public notice, allocating 3 million euros to support innovation in the agricultural and forestry sectors. Part of the 2023-2027 Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) Strategic Program, the measure aims to fund pilot projects and partnerships between agricultural enterprises, research institutions, and local territories.

Eligible projects must focus on transforming research results into practical solutions to address challenges such as climate change and technological transitions. Funding is provided as a 100% capital grant, with individual project costs ranging between 120,000 and 300,000 euros. Applications for this initiative are open from September 7 to September 30, 2026.
