Calabria officials meet to accelerate Valle Crati water purification

Maximiliano Granata, president of the Consorzio Valle Crati, met with Antonio Montuoro, the regional environmental assessor for Calabria, to discuss accelerating water purification works in the Crati Valley.

The meeting focused on addressing structural fragilities and speeding up administrative procedures to launch construction sites. A primary goal is to modernize the purification system to protect the environment and resolve ongoing European Union infringement procedures related to waste and water management. Both parties emphasized the need for institutional synergy to transform planning into measurable results and ensure the efficient functioning of the entire purification cycle.
