Calabria to receive 104 local government technical positions

A new public recruitment process, the RIPAM Coesione, aims to hire 882 technical specialists for regions and local authorities across Southern Italy (Mezzogiorno). Of these positions, 104 are allocated to Calabria, including 32 roles distributed across 26 municipalities in the Cosenza province.

The selected personnel will be hired on a permanent basis at the initial level of the local functions sector. Their primary responsibility will be implementing European cohesion policies. The recruitment is specifically targeted at graduates with technical degrees in fields such as architecture, civil engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, and environmental sciences.

Applications can be submitted via the inPA portal until September 23, 2026. Undersecretary to the Ministry of the Interior Wanda Ferro noted that this represents a concrete opportunity for technical graduates to work within local government on European policy implementation.
