Calamocha invests 510,000 euros in Jumaya football field renovation

The Calamocha City Council has inaugurated the renovated Jumaya football facilities following an investment of 510,000 euros. The project involved replacing the old natural grass with high-performance artificial turf.

The renovation included several key technical improvements: leveling the terrain to correct uneven surfaces, installing a completely new drainage system with underground gutters to prevent water accumulation during rain or snow, and implementing a new irrigation system. The works were executed by the company MONDO and were completed in 14 weeks, ahead of the original 16-week schedule.

These upgrades are intended to allow all CF Calamocha teams, including the youth academy, to utilize the fields for both training and competitive matches.
