Calangianus to host international boxing event on October 9

Calangianus will host a major international and national boxing event on October 9 at the Expò pavilion. The program features professional and Olympic-style boxing matches.

A headline bout will feature Francesco De Rosa, the current EBU Silver super bantamweight champion, defending his status in a high-level challenge against Romanian boxer Ionut Baluta.

In addition to professional fights, the event will include Olympic boxing matches and participation from athletes involved in the “Nino Benvenuti” tournament, showcasing both established champions and emerging talents.
