Calbee and Toyo Suisan announce first collaboration for limited-edition potato chips

Calbee and Toyo Suisan have announced their first collaboration to celebrate the 50th anniversary of their respective long-selling brands, Calbee Potato Chips and Maruchan Yakisoba.

Two limited-edition flavors are being released: ‘Potato Chips Maruchan Yakisoba Flavor’, which aims to replicate the savory sauce and complex spice profile of stir-fried yakisoba, and ‘Potato Chips Wonton Soy Sauce Flavor’, which features the umami of meat and the aroma of sesame oil.

The products are scheduled for a limited-time release at convenience stores across Japan starting August 24, 2026. Each 63g bag is expected to retail for approximately 190 yen.
