Caleb Wilson shines in preseason games for Chicago Bulls

Chicago Bulls rookie Caleb Wilson, the fourth overall pick in the 2026 NBA draft, delivered strong performances during recent preseason games. In a Friday matchup against the Memphis Grizzlies, Wilson scored 21 points, including a second-half surge where he recorded 20 points, and finished 5-of-11 from three-point range. Despite his efforts, the Bulls lost 104–100.

Wilson followed this performance with 17 points in a Sunday loss to the Denver Nuggets, where he also recorded six field goals, four rebounds, five assists, and a blocked shot. Standing 6'9", Wilson has demonstrated versatility in his ability to defend multiple positions and score both inside and outside the paint. While he has expressed openness to various roles on the team, reports suggest he may primarily play as a small forward at the professional level.
