Caleta Olivia delivers property titles to 176 families

The Municipality of Caleta Olivia held an event to deliver new property titles to families across various neighborhoods in the city. This initiative, led by Mayor Pablo Carrizo, aims to advance land regularization and provide legal security to residents regarding their homes.

To date, 176 families have received their titles through this municipal program. The ceremony included the participation of Councilwoman Iris Casas, Planning Secretary Jorge García, and members of the Bipartisan Land Commission. Officials emphasized that these documents provide essential legal certainty and peace of mind for families who have worked for years to secure their housing.
