Caleta Olivia emergency teams conduct high-impact disaster simulation

Emergency services in Caleta Olivia conducted a high-impact simulation exercise at an Axion service station near Route 3. The drill simulated a collision between a fuel tanker and a pickup truck, involving fuel spills, a fire outbreak, and multiple casualties to test the coordination between Civil Protection, municipal transit, firefighters, the Zonal Hospital, and provincial police.

José María Leoni, a coordinator for Transbahía, noted the complexity of the scenarios, which included simulating fuel spills with water and managing cardiac emergencies to refine the response roles of various emergency forces.
