Caleta Olivia launches community gardening training program

The Municipality of Caleta Olivia has launched the first training session of the ‘Activa tu Huerta’ program. Organized by Punto Orgánico in collaboration with the Provincial Agrarian Council (CAP), the initiative provides tools and technical knowledge to residents interested in developing family gardens and strengthening local production.

Participants received kits containing 16 varieties of vegetables to promote local soil cultivation. The program will continue with monthly meetings and technical follow-up from the CAP to support sustainable production and community learning.
