Calgary Flames begin farewell season at the Saddledome

The Calgary Flames have begun their farewell season at the Saddledome. As the team prepares for its eventual departure from the iconic arena, staff and management are focusing on making the final 44 home games—including two preseason and 42 regular-season matchups—a celebratory experience for multi-generational fans.

Management at the venue is working to ensure the transition is memorable for the community, treating the upcoming season as a period to honor the storied history of hockey played at the facility.
