Caliber launches tokenized real estate investment in Scottsdale

Caliber, an alternative asset manager focused on real estate, has launched its PURE Pickleball & Padel investment offering as the first tokenized real estate investment on its platform. The initiative utilizes blockchain-based ownership infrastructure to enhance transparency and efficiency for private real estate investors.

Through a partnership with Chainlink, the company is using the Automated Compliance Engine (ACE) to automate investor verification, KYC/AML, sanction screening, and transfer controls onchain. Investors in the Scottsdale, Arizona-based project can choose between a traditional paper certificate or a tokenized digital ownership certificate held in a digital wallet.

CEO Chris Loeffler stated that this is the first step in a broader tokenization program intended to cover approximately $100 million in managed assets over time. The technology aims to provide a more functional investor experience and automate valuation calculations.
