Calida increases dividend payout and announces share buyback

Clothing manufacturer Calida has announced a significant increase in its dividend payout ratio and a new share buyback program. The company intends to raise its target payout from the previous 20 to 30 percent of adjusted group results to between 40 and 60 percent.

Additionally, the board of directors has authorized a buyback of up to 2 percent of the issued share capital, scheduled to begin on October 2 and run until late June 2027. The acquired shares are intended to be cancelled through a reduction of capital.

These measures come as Calida navigates a challenging operational period. In the first half of 2026, the company reported a 7.9 percent decline in revenue to 93.7 million Swiss francs, resulting in a loss of 0.6 million Swiss francs. The company is also focusing on investing in its core brands, Calida and Aubade, while managing the separation from the US lingerie brand Cosabella.
