California Community Festivals Spotlight Peaches and Apples

The Folsom Community Farmers Market will host a free "Peaches at the Market" celebration on Saturday, Aug. 8, featuring more than 100 local vendors, fresh California peaches, peach‑inspired foods, live music by Steady Eddy and the Shakers, and family activities such as a Kids Corner and hourly cakewalks.

In the Bay Area, weekend family events include the annual Gravenstein Apple Fair at Ragle Ranch Park in Sebastopol, plus the Sonoma County Fair, the Bay Area Aloha Festival in San Mateo County, and a series of concerts, outdoor movies, and guided hikes across Marin and surrounding counties.
