California political candidates address local issues in Santa Clara and San Francisco

In Santa Clara, mayoral candidate Kevin Park addressed the city's management of major events at Levi’s Stadium, including the Super Bowl and FIFA World Cup. In San Francisco, congressional candidates Connie Chan and Scott Wiener are competing for the CA-11 seat. Chan, a San Francisco District 1 Supervisor, acknowledged Scott Wiener’s strength in fundraising and praised his ability to draw attention to his agenda. Conversely, she noted that Wiener is building strong relationships with the D.C. establishment through significant donations from lobbyists and endorsements from key political figures.
