California Showcase Construction marks 35 years in Riverside
California Showcase Construction, a regional exterior remodeling firm, has announced the rollout of a new line of high-performance architectural windows to mark its 35th year of operations in the Inland Empire.
The new product line is designed to meet California’s updated Title 24 Building Energy Efficiency Standards. The windows utilize multi-pane insulated glass units, low-emissivity coatings, and multi-chambered vinyl composite frames to manage thermal conduction. These features aim to address the extreme seasonal temperature swings and high UV exposure characteristic of the Southern California microclimate.
By focusing on optimized Solar Heat Gain Coefficients and low U-factors, the company intends to help property owners reduce solar radiation gain in summer and maintain insulation during winter, responding to state decarbonization goals and rising utility rates.
