Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Warzone Season 06 to launch September 17

Activision has announced that Season 06 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Warzone, titled ‘The Haunting’, will launch on September 17, 2026. The update brings a horror-themed event to the franchise, featuring new maps, modes, and content across all major game modes.

In Multiplayer, players can access new maps including Quantum, an Arctic computing facility, and Bloodstead. Limited-time modes will include T.E.D.D. Trials, Hordepoint, and Freeze Tag. The Zombies mode will introduce the Tenshu Survival map, set in the Masaki family’s ancestral castle, alongside new features for Rex Infernus.

Warzone will see the transformation of Haven’s Hollow into the dark, cosmic-horror-themed Haunted Hollow, featuring the Ghost Train and Giant Infected Mode. The season also includes a DOOM Event Pass, which allows players to unlock rewards such as the Doom Slayer operator skin and various weapon blueprints through XP milestones.
