Cam Newton supports claims of fraudulent NFL COVID-19 vaccine cards

Former NFL MVP Cam Newton has supported claims made by Aaron Rodgers regarding the use of fraudulent COVID-19 vaccination cards within the league. Speaking on his ‘4th & 1’ podcast, Newton stated that during the 2020 pandemic era, multiple players, coaches, and executives obtained fake vaccination cards to bypass league protocols.

Newton claimed to have personal knowledge of individuals in NFL locker rooms who purchased these cards to avoid the stringent testing and masking requirements mandated for unvaccinated personnel. These allegations align with previous comments made by Rodgers, who had criticized the NFL’s handling of pandemic protocols.

During the height of the pandemic, the NFL required team employees to be vaccinated or undergo daily testing and adhere to strict distancing and masking guidelines. Previous disciplinary actions included the suspension of players like Antonio Brown for violating these protocols.
