Cam Skattebo practice altercation causes tension within New York Giants

A practice altercation involving New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo has caused tension within the team. Reports indicate that Skattebo engaged in a scuffle with defensive players, including Greg Newsome and Jevon Holland, after a play where he nearly collided with defenders during a non-contact drill. Teammates reportedly expressed frustration with Skattebo’s recent play and trash-talking.

Giants offensive lineman Jermaine Eluemunor defended Skattebo on social media, dismissing the reports as a ‘BS narrative’. However, head coach Jim Harbaugh addressed the situation, describing Skattebo’s energy as ‘infectious’ in a way that could be negative, comparing it to an ‘infectious disease’ and stating the team wants that energy directed in a more positive manner.

Skattebo also received a 15-yard penalty at the conclusion of the practice session.
