Camargo educational leaders launch new leadership diploma program

In Camargo, the Fundación del Empresariado Chihuahuense (FECHAC), in coordination with the Centro de Liderazgo y Desarrollo Humano A.C. (CELIDERH), has launched the 'Alta Dirección Escolar' diploma program. This initiative is designed to strengthen the leadership and management skills of directors at basic and upper secondary educational institutions in the Camargo, La Cruz, and San Francisco de Conchos regions.

The training focuses on four key pillars: authentic leadership, strategic planning, high-performance team management, and educational innovation. The project is supported by the Municipal Parking Meter Council and local government authorities to foster integral student development through improved institutional leadership.
