Camargo hosts first 2026 Employment Fair to boost local hiring

The first 2026 Employment Fair was held in the municipality of Camargo, Tamaulipas, to promote local labor insertion. The event provided 100 direct job offers across operational, technical, and professional levels, with monthly salaries reaching up to 15,000 pesos.

Luis Gerardo Illoldi Reyes, Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare, stated that this strategy, coordinated through the National Employment Service, aligns with Governor Américo Villarreal Anaya’s commitment to providing formal and dignified work opportunities throughout the state. The initiative aims to reduce unemployment rates and strengthen local economic development through direct links between local companies and job seekers.
