Camargos expands tourism with new mountain bike trails

The Camargos district in Mariana has expanded its tourism offerings through the inauguration of the Tapé Project. Supported by Samarco, the initiative has structured over 18 kilometers of mountain biking trails designed according to technical standards from the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA).

The project includes terrain improvements, drainage systems, signage, and support points to ensure cyclist safety while highlighting the region's natural and cultural features. The initiative aims to stimulate the local economy by attracting adventure tourists and encouraging the development of new services within the community.
