Cambix digital platform enables online dollar exchange in Peru

Cambix is a digital platform operated by Bancom (Banco de Comercio) in Peru that allows users to perform online dollar exchange operations. The service enables customers to register an exchange operation, transfer funds from an origin account, and receive the converted amount in a designated destination account, which can be a Bancom account or an account at another financial institution.

The process is entirely digital, removing the need for physical visits to bank branches. Users must register the operation, select the appropriate accounts, and complete the transfer to finalize the exchange at an agreed-upon rate.
