Camboriú plans R$ 1 billion private aviation complex

A private R$ 1 billion project, named AeroPark Camboriú, has been announced for the coastal region of Camboriú, Santa Catarina. Led by VexCapital and regional investors, the development aims to create an aviation complex specifically for executive aviation.

The project covers 2.2 million square meters in the Braço region and includes a runway designed to be initially 1,350 meters long, with the potential to expand to 1,600 meters. The plan features three aeronautical condominiums with approximately 250 lots designated for hangar construction. Future phases of the master plan may include a technology park, business areas, residential developments, and an Export Processing Zone (ZPE).

The enterprise is currently undergoing environmental and documentary regularization. Earthmoving works are projected to begin in the first half of 2027.
