Cambridge opens controversial £1m squat-style public toilets

The Cambridge City Council has opened a new £1 million public toilet facility on Silver Street, featuring squat-style toilets designed to accommodate international visitors. Located near the Mathematical Bridge and Queens' College, the new facility replaces an older structure that was prone to flooding from the nearby River Cam.
