Cambridgeshire libraries to host autumn arts programme

The ‘The Library Presents’ arts programme is returning to 23 libraries across Cambridgeshire this autumn. Running from October 16 to December 12, the initiative offers live performances, creative workshops, and family events.

The programme features resident-curated activities, including Yiddish music, folk performances, immersive digital art, comedy, dance, and sea-shanty singing sessions. Other scheduled events include historical storytelling regarding the Special Operations Executive and ghost-story workshops in Wisbech and Soham.

Organizers noted that the programme aims to make high-quality culture accessible through subsidised ticket prices, providing community spaces for inclusion and wellbeing.
