Camerata Vocal Universidad de Chile presents Arrullo concert

The Camerata Vocal Universidad de Chile, directed by Juan Pablo Villarroel, will present “Arrullo,” a musical experience specifically designed for early childhood. The concert features two performances on Saturday, August 22, at the Sala Sinfónico Coral Domingo Santa Cruz.

This initiative, driven by the Area of Education and Mediation in collaboration with JUNJI, focuses on lullabies, the human voice, and attentive listening. The program includes traditional pieces such as “Los pollitos dicen,” “Arrorró, mi niño,” and “A la nanita nana,” alongside vocal improvisations accompanied by a G-major quartz bowl.

The project aims to strengthen the use of singing in educational spaces to promote states of calm and containment. The performance will feature soloists Camila Guggiana, María Fernanda Carter, and Elena Pérez, with musical arrangements by Moisés Mendoza.
