Cameron Whitcomb Drops New Single 'Want for Nothing' Before Lollapalooza

Canadian singer‑songwriter Cameron Whitcomb released his new single “Want for Nothing” through Atlantic Outpost, completing the final chapter of his debut era on the album The Hard Way (Complete Edition). The track’s teasers amassed more than 2.5 million views, while a video for the album’s title track has garnered over 95 million views in two weeks.

Want for Nothing” follows Whitcomb’s breakout hit “Kingdom of Fear,” which earned his first Billboard Hot 100 entry and reached the top‑10 in Canada, Belgium and the Netherlands and top‑5 on country radio in the UK and Australia. The single arrives as Whitcomb prepares for his Lollapalooza debut on the Airbnb Stage in Chicago. He will also launch the Kingdom of Fear Tour this fall, with several dates already sold out, and has partnered with PLUS1 to donate $1 per ticket to Project Healthy Minds. Whitcomb, a two‑time Juno Award winner from British Columbia, draws on his personal battle with addiction in his songwriting.
