In Cameroon, Minister of Economy Alamine Ousmane Mey met with JICA Vice-President Ando Naoki to mark the 20th anniversary of the Japan International Cooperation Agency and its volunteer program in the country. Discussions focused on strengthening bilateral partnerships in strategic sectors including agriculture, education, infrastructure, and human resource development to support Cameroon's National Development Strategy 2020-2030.

In Haiti, the new airline ZED Airlines S.A. was officially inaugurated, coinciding with its first commercial flight between Miami and Cap-Haïtien. The launch was attended by government officials, including Minister of Public Works, Transport and Communications Joseph Almathe Pierre Louis, who highlighted the project as a sign of national resilience.

Additionally, a Haitian interministerial delegation led by Ministers Joseph Almathe Pierre Louis and Valéry Fils-Aimé visited Gonaïves to evaluate state projects. The mission included inspecting electoral preparations at the Lycée du Bicentenaire and monitoring hydraulic infrastructure works on several canals, such as Mission 1 and Ceinture Bienac, to ensure alignment between infrastructure development and environmental protection.
