Camilla Andersen sells majority stake in Travel Sense

Camilla Andersen, an Olympic handball champion and founder of the travel agency Travel Sense, is selling a 51 percent stake in the company to the Danish-owned Travelheart Family.

Andersen, who has led the company since 2002 specializing in customized sports and business travel, stated that finding an experienced partner who understands the industry was essential. She emphasized the importance of keeping the company under Danish ownership to ensure stability for employees and customers. Andersen will remain the CEO and a co-owner of Travel Sense, which will retain its original name. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
