French singer and musician Camille is set to release her sixth studio album, titled ‘The Sound of Milk’. The project, which has been in development for approximately fifteen years, is structured as a triptych exploring the themes of maternity, childhood, and adolescence.

Camille described the album as a collection of intimate narratives that grew alongside her children. The musical approach emphasizes vocal textures, simple words, and onomatopoeia, reflecting her preference for sound over imagery.

This release follows a period of significant professional success for the artist. In 2025, Camille and her partner Clément Ducol received an Oscar, a César, and a Golden Globe for their work on the soundtrack for the film ‘Emilia Pérez’, composed by Jacques Audiard.
