Camilo Santana discusses labor reform and public security
Minister Camilo Santana discussed several national priorities, including the proposed end of the 6x1 work schedule. Santana stated that the government intends to approve the measure this week, arguing that modernizing work hours is essential to address mental health issues and improve quality of life by allowing more time for family and leisure.
Regarding public security, Santana advocated for the PEC of Public Security, which seeks greater integration between municipal, state, and federal governments, as well as coordination with other branches of power. He also expressed confidence in the approval of tax reduction measures for the population and highlighted technological investments, such as the implementation of data centers at the Pecém Industrial and Port Complex.
