CAMIMEX participates in dialogue on responsible business conduct

The Mexican Mining Chamber (CAMIMEX) participated in the Inter-institutional Advisory Group on Responsible Business Conduct–Peer Review. The meeting, promoted by the Ministry of Economy, coincided with the 50th anniversary of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.

Christopher Ávila, president of CAMIMEX's Government Relations and Legislative Liaison Commission, represented the chamber in discussions regarding the implementation of international standards. The dialogue focused on strengthening responsible business practices and enhancing collaboration between companies, authorities, and civil society regarding human rights, sustainability, transparency, and due diligence.
