Camino Family walking event to take place in Rakalj

The South Istria cluster is organizing the Camino Family event, a free family-oriented pilgrimage walk scheduled for Saturday, October 10, 2026, in Rakalj. The event aims to promote healthy lifestyles and increase the visibility of the Camino South Istria route.

Participants will gather at the Pedrola quarry in Old Rakalj for organized bus transport to the starting point near Kalavojna cove and Fuzalica beach. The approximately five-kilometer route follows the Stjepan Hauser Trail, passing Luka cove and Cape St. Nikola, before concluding at the St. Agnes church viewpoint.

Registration is mandatory and limited to 240 participants due to bus capacity. Young participants will receive special Camino Family passports to collect stamps along the route, and the event will conclude with an organized lunch and entertainment.
