Fathers of children killed in the Camp Mystic flash flood are sharing how their daughters' personal journals and religious faith have provided comfort during their grieving process.

Ryan DeWitt, Wade Lytal, and Cole Naylor discussed how finding notebooks filled with Bible verses, prayers, and messages to God helped their families navigate the tragedy. DeWitt noted that his daughter Molly, aged 9, kept notebooks under her bed featuring hand-drawn crosses. Lytal described finding a journal entry from his daughter Kellyanne, aged 8, expressing love for Jesus. Naylor emphasized that daily prayer has been a pillar for his family following the loss of his daughter, Wynne.
