Disney to release Camp Rock 3 featuring the Jonas Brothers

Disney is set to release "Camp Rock 3," the third installment in its popular musical film franchise, starting August 13, 2026, on Disney Channel and subsequently on Disney+.

The film features the Jonas Brothers returning as members of the fictional band Connect 3. In the story, the band returns to Camp Rock to conduct a talent competition to find an opening act for their reunion tour. While Demi Lovato will not officially return as Mitchie Torres, she is involved in the production as an executive producer.

Preparations for the release have included the debut of new music, such as "Play My Music" and "One Beat Away." The release of the "Play My Music" music video follows widespread backlash regarding an earlier snippet.

Additionally, connections between the franchise and other media have been noted; the series "Sterling Point" on Prime Video features a "Camp Rock" themed event and was filmed in locations used by the original movie.
