Campanario launches ninth municipal photography competition

The Ayuntamiento of Campanario has opened submissions for the IX Concurso de Fotografía “Campanario y sus paisajes”. The contest invites any photographer to submit up to three original black‑and‑white or colour images, sized between 18‑30 cm (short side) and 30‑40 cm (long side). Entries must be presented on paper without a backing, following the plica system.

Prizes are €150 for first place, €100 for second and €75 for third. Submissions are to be delivered to the Universidad Popular de Campanario on Carrera 2, with the deadline of 28 August at 14:00. The initiative aims to showcase the town’s landscapes and promote local cultural activity.
