Campania hosts wine and food festivals in September

The Campania region in Italy is hosting several enogastronomic and cultural events throughout September. The second edition of the Alta Campania Wine Fest is scheduled from September 11 to 13, aiming to establish the Alta Campania area as a premier destination for wine tourism.

Organized by the Associazione Alta Campania—a group of entrepreneurs under 40—the festival connects local wineries, producers, and restaurateurs to showcase the region's viticultural and landscape heritage. The event includes a dedicated food area featuring prominent Campanian gastronomy. The festival covers various viticultural areas within the province of Caserta, including the DOC Casavecchia di Pontelatone.

Other regional celebrations include the Festa dell’Uva in Solopaca (Benevento) from September 11 to 16. This traditional event features allegorical floats decorated with grapes, open wineries, and tastings of Solopaca DOC wines.
