Campbell women's soccer defeats Charleston Southern 5-0

Campbell University women's soccer defeated Charleston Southern 5-0 during a senior night match at the Eakes Athletics Complex. The victory brings Campbell's season record to 2-2-1, while Charleston Southern falls to 1-3.

Five different players scored for the Camels, marking their highest goal count this season. Abby Connolly opened the scoring in the 21st minute, followed by goals from Avery Garrett and Gillian Garrison in the first half. Tyler Baughans and Olivia Vandresc scored in the second half to finalize the win.

Defensively, Anais van Doesburg recorded four saves and a clean sheet. The Camels finished the match with 17 shots and 10 on goal.
