Campi Bisenzio to mark 82nd anniversary of liberation

Campi Bisenzio will observe the 82nd anniversary of its liberation on September 2. Organized by the municipal administration and the ANPI Lanciotto Ballerini section, the event aims to honor those who fought for freedom and democracy.

The program includes a commemorative moment at the Luciano Martelli public gardens, a 5-kilometer non-competitive run, and an anti-fascist procession. The evening will feature a ceremony at Piazza Matteotti to honor the fallen, followed by the inauguration of Palazzo Pretorio and musical performances including a concert by the Orchestra Osmann Gold.
