Campinas bus driver injured by stone thrown during traffic dispute

A bus driver in Campinas, São Paulo, was injured after a man threw a stone at his vehicle following a traffic dispute. The incident occurred on a Thursday morning on the 154 line after the driver honked at a car that ran a red light.

The suspect reportedly followed the bus through the Jardim Campos Elíseos region. When the bus stopped at a station on Avenida das Amoreiras, the individual threw a stone that shattered the door glass and struck the driver's arm. The suspect fled the scene before authorities could identify him. The driver sustained minor injuries and was treated at Hospital Santa Tereza.
