Campinas Women's Pizza Dough Course Opens for Registration

The Prefeitura de Campinas, through the Secretaria Executiva da Mulher (Women’s Executive Secretariat), is holding a two‑day Course of Artisanal Pizza Dough on 4 and 5 August, from 14:00 to 17:00. The training will take place at Casa da Sopa, Rua Granito 55, Jardim Inápolis.

The program, part of the Agosto Lilás 2026 initiative, aims to provide professional qualification, encourage entrepreneurship and expand income‑generation opportunities for women. Instructor Jane Arguelho explains that mastering fermentation, hydration and flour selection transforms a simple recipe into a light, crunchy, digestible product and can open doors to extra earnings or a own gastronomy business. Participants will receive a certificate of participation at the end of the course.
