Brazil cultural events: Meat festival in Campo Grande and Asian festival in São Paulo

Various cultural and gastronomic events are scheduled across Brazil for the final weekend of September.

In Campo Grande, the 4th International Meat Festival is a major highlight at the Laucídio Coelho Exhibition Park, featuring over 30 food stations, live music, and culinary workshops. Other notable activities in the city include the No Pelo 360 sertanejo festival, Oswaldo Montenegro’s 70th-anniversary show, and cultural programming at UFMS.

In São Paulo, the Memorial da América Latina will host the 1st Asian Gastronomy and Culture Festival. The free event celebrates Korean and Japanese traditions through K-pop, Taiko music, cosplay contests, and traditional dishes like tteokbokki and takoyaki, coinciding with the Korean Chuseok holiday.

Additionally, the Baixada Santista region offers diverse programming, including the PGTec technology and innovation event in Praia Grande, musical performances at Theatro Guarany in Santos, and stand-up comedy by Sérgio Mallandro.
