Campo Grande housing fair offers R$ 9.6 million in subsidies
The 11th Feirão Habita Campo Grande is entering its final week, offering housing opportunities for families seeking their first home. Organized by the Campo Grande City Hall through the Municipal Agency for Housing and Land Affairs (Emha), the event runs until August 22 at Pátio – o Shopping do Centro.
The fair features over 1,200 housing developments across various regions of Campo Grande. For this edition, the city has allocated R$ 9.6 million in subsidies via the Bônus Sonho de Morar Program. Depending on family income levels, subsidies are available in amounts of R$ 4,000, R$ 8,000, or R$ 16,000 to assist with down payments. Additionally, participating companies are offering a minimum discount of R$ 6,000 on property purchases.
To qualify for the Bônus Sonho de Morar Program, applicants must have a family income of up to five minimum wages, be registered in the Emha General Registry, not own property, and have not previously benefited from social interest housing programs such as Minha Casa, Minha Vida.
