Campo Grande implements digital process for fibromyalgia ID cards

The Municipal Health Secretariat of Campo Grande has updated the application process for the Fibromyalgia Identification Card. As of January, requests have transitioned from the former Permanent Condition system to the Portal Cuida Mais platform.

Through this digital tool, citizens can submit applications online and track their progress. To apply, users must access the “Citizen Access” section of the portal and select “Permanent Condition – FIBROMIALGIA”. Required documentation includes a CPF, RG, National Health Card (CNS), proof of residence in Campo Grande from the last three months, and a medical report with a fibromyalgia CID issued within the last six months.

Following submission, the analysis process can take up to 21 days. The digital transition aims to provide greater practicality and allow users to monitor their requests directly via the portal.
