Campo Grande rolls out thousands of job openings, sports registrations and circular‑economy workshops
The Fundação Social do Trabalho (Funsat) in Campo Grande announced 941 new job vacancies for the 24 July hiring round, covering 120 occupations and including 13 positions reserved for people with disabilities. A separate Funsat notice called 100 candidates to join the Programa de Inclusão ao Mercado de Trabalho (Primt). The municipal government also summoned 48 applicants for simplified‑selection posts across several secretaries.
The city’s sports authority, Fundação Municipal de Esportes (Funesp), opened registration for the 46th Jogos Abertos de Campo Grande, inviting athletes aged 16 or older to sign up between 27 July and 31 July for basketball, futsal, handball and volleyball, with the competition set to start in August.
The Fundo de Apoio à Comunidade (FAC) reported that it has trained about 1,600 residents through circular‑economy workshops in eight urban districts, teaching waste‑re‑use crafts such as up‑cycled denim bags and encouraging entrepreneurship and sustainable income.
Other regions also posted employment listings: the Casa do Trabalhador in Feira de Santana offered 208 jobs, while Sine offices in Paraíba, Roraima and other states listed hundreds of vacancies across various sectors.
