Campo Grande Opens Registrations for 7th Tourism Show

The Prefeitura de Campo Grande, through Semades, has opened registrations for the 7th edition of the Tourism Show – Turismo na Cidade Morena, scheduled for 12 August at the Sebrae/MS auditorium. The one‑day event will gather specialists, entrepreneurs, researchers, students and tourism professionals for case presentations, experience exchange and discussions on market trends.

Highlights include the awarding of the Edson Contar Trophy, academic papers from UFMS and UEMS, panels on initiatives such as Eco Park Campo Grande and the Rural Tourism Winter Festival, and sessions on tourism for seniors, pet‑friendly travel and Afro‑tourism. National speaker Jaqueline Gil will deliver a keynote on global mega‑trends, while the morning program showcases the work of the Gerência de Turismo and the afternoon features an active listening forum with event‑sector representatives.
